Mr. James has served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer since 2003 and joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in 1999.
From 1997 to 1999, Mr. James was Chief Financial and Accounting Officer of Caprius, Inc, a NASDAQ listed company. From 1993 to 1997, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Medical Diagnostics, Inc. (“MDI”) after joining that company as its Controller in 1988. Mr. James has served as CFO for both public and private companies.
Mr. James is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs. And he received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
